After you have successfully created and saved your form, you can share the forms in three ways:

1) Copy the link to your clipboard and send it out to your recipients via the Communication Center.

Using the clipboard icon, the link will be saved to your clipboard to link via an email.

 

2) Copy the embedded code to add directly to your school website

Copy the embedding code using the icon shown below, and send it to your website designer to embed the article for easy access!

3) Assign the form to users within Educate. Click here for steps on how this is done.

This will send an email out to the users selected with a unique URL to complete the form. Using this method will only allow the unique URL to be used once by each recipient.
