Supporting Hebrew Character
You can now use Hebrew characters to name a course, section as well as comments.
The characters are also supported in the report card.
Note: The font itself isn't available in the application; however, if you use a translator or Hebrew keyboard then the content can be pasted in the application and we will render that in above mentioned areas.
Maintenance and Bug Fixes
- Forms Reminder: Forms reminder uses the preferred email to send the reminder notification. If no preference is set then we send the reminder to an existing email address in the profile. We have improved the forms reminder modal to show the used email address in both the cases.
- Inactive reporting staff in conduct: While adding a conduct for a student, we fixed to show only the "Active" reporting staff.
- Entity for Tags: We improved tags so that you can continue applying the tags to multiple entities without resulting to duplicate tags. This will ensure that there is no duplicate data from redundant tags.
- Student number on parent portal: Student number is a read only field for the parents. We made parent portal interface lift so that the field looks read only, this should avoid any confusion a parent may have on the look and feel of the field.
- Report cards for active household only: Irrespective of the number of household a student is tie to, generating report card by household will create report card for the active household only.
- Standalone integration pages: As the new "SFTP Integration" page is live for sometime under the setup page, it serves as our unified sftp configuration page with multiple partners that you can select from. With this new unified page available to everyone, we have removed the standalone integration pages as they are obsolete.
- Apple School Manager (ASM) credentials: With the standalone integration pages getting removed, we have made sure that if a credential was saved on these pages, then they are carried over to the new "SFTP Integration" page. This is true for all sftp partners, including ASM.
- Report card styling: Fixed the report card styling issue for promotional section.
- StaffTrac sftp auto sync: We have enabled the auto sync to run at 3:00 am and 5:00 am CST daily.
- ColdFusion patch impact: We have improved few more pages to eliminate hard error, these errors were impact of the ColdFusion server patch we applied towards the end of last school year.
- Parent portal announcement links/hyperlinks: Parent portal is fixed to continue supporting hyperlinks within an announcement. Hyperlink a display text with a valid URL will make the text clickable to the parents and it will redirect to the configured URL.
