We updated below items to certify for 2024-2025 school year.
Parent/Guardian Data Collection Expansion
We are now sending the custody status as well as primary contact status of the child(ren) in association to the respective parent, along with the parent's name and address.
Here is the data point that we look for to send these information.
Note: A legal guardian is also sent as the primary contact of the child(ren).
K3 is removed from from the officially recognized grade level
You will not be able to send K3 students to WISEdata as it's removed from the officially recognized grade level.
You will see the helper text notifying this in the WISE configuration page and the bulk action modal.
We have adjusted the Tagged report > WISEid Person export to exclude K3.
Maintenance: Digital Equity Options
All the values under each Digital Equity questions are adjusted to meet WISEdata requirements.
To align with the WISEdata policy, we have made sure that admins can select upto 3 school years to send data. This option is under the students directory table > bulk action modal.
