User activity change log
Good news for the admins, you can now track the user activity changes from a centralized log! It tracks the changes for all user types so no more searching for individual profiles to view these changes.
You will notice that the look is familiar, which should make the tool mostly self explanatory. Additionally, you can apply the filters and searches to narrow down your result/list. The default load will always bring a week worth of data with option to customize the date range.

Improvements to Enrollment menu
District admins has a small but mighty improvement! The Enrollment menu under Students can now be filtered by "region" so you can bulk apply changes by region whenever applicable.
We have also added School Name, City and Zip columns so that this table give you more meaningful information.
Status Discrepancy filter is still functional, the red * on the enrollment status column signifies that there is indeed a discrepancy.
Google classroom improvement
Teachers and admins, we hear you! We have enhanced this integration to handle frequent logouts which obviously has been a frustrating experience requiring you to re-authenticate multiple times through out the day.
Your login to Google Classroom will remain signed in until you sign-out or restart your machine. Sign out or time out from Educate will NOT sign you out of Google Classroom.
If you switch to a different browser then you will have to sign in to Google Classroom as usual, authentication will not carry over from a browser to another.
Gradebook assignment order
Assignments are ordered with latest due date on the left. This applies to both admins and teachers view, this will let you always see the latest or future assignments in your page load without having to use the scroller. This is specially effective towards the end of a grading period when the number of assignments are high, forcing you to use the horizontal scroller every time.
At any point of time, if you want to reverse this order then you can click on "Due Date".
Bug Fixes
- Transcript item (Course Section Published Grades Grid History) rendering the global grade level instead of the school's custom grade name is rectified. When you generate the transcript, it will now render the school's custom grade name.
- Transactional attendance summary report is fixed to consider "Grade Exceptions" configured in the school year tracks.
- Indent and minor formatting is fixed in the Classroom Finalized page.
- Removing attendance data is now allowed, which means you can cleanup accidental or unwanted attendance taken.
- "Save and Add another assignment" button is functional again.
