We've been hard at work creating the features and tools you rely on throughout the school year! Below is a brief overview of what we've been working on the past few months. For more details and the latest updates easily click the Rocketship icon in right corner of your TADS or Educate account.
TADS:
April – Families save time with fewer clicks! In tuition agreements, the system will automatically select payment plan options when only one due date/payment method/plan is available. In Classic Financial Aid, families can also now upload multiple documents at once.
May – The 2026-2027 school year is now available for configuration! For ease of use, we added the TADS Suite ID to the Charge Reconciliation Report, and restored the document requirement links on our Admissions > Documents and Enrollment > Documents pages.
June and beyond – Be sure to keep an eye on our roadmap below! We are working hard on improvements and new features.
Educate:
April – We improved the Finalized Grades page for Standards-Based Grading so users can finalize them for all students in one session. We also made Admin UI Improvements to improve the user experience.
May – The first phase of our Renaissance Learning integration, which will allow schools to send rosters from Educate, is complete. We’ve also improved the Results module by adding more information that is helpful when generating report cards.
June and beyond – Be sure to keep an eye on our roadmap! We are working hard on improvements and new features.

Closing Out Yearly Billing Accounts in TADS
As the school year ends, we recommend reviewing your family billing accounts and resolving any open balances or unapplied payments/credits. The following tips and reports will help:
Check the Invoice Aging Report for families who have past-due balances. At this point, you may wish to follow up with those families directly to agree on a catch-up plan.
If a family has a balance you would like to write off, you can add a credit, called something like “Write-off”, to zero out their balance. Optionally, you can Deactivate their billing account after adding a credit to prevent further billing activity. The steps are similar to the process you follow when a Student has Withdrawn mid-year.
Managing Your Admin Account Settings in TADS
As a school administrator, you have access to set your own email notification preferences in your TADS account settings so you can be automatically notified of important updates taking place. More information on editing your notification preferences is available here!
Administrators with the Admin Manager role in TADS can add or remove access for other admins, as well as designate primary support ticket contacts for each module. Any admins set as a “Primary” contact will get an email each time we submit a ticket request on behalf of a family. If none of the “Primary” admins reply to a ticket, we will add the backup, non-primary contacts to that ticket’s communications.

Juneteenth
VenturEd Solutions will be closed on Thursday, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. We take this time to commemorate the emancipation of individuals across our nation. Our staff will resume regular support on Friday, June 20th.
Independence Day
VenturEd Solutions will be closed on Friday, July 4th, in celebration of Independence Day. We take this time to celebrate the freedoms that we all enjoy together now and for future generations. We will resume regular support on Monday, July 7th.
Labor Day
VenturEd Solutions will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observation of Labor Day. We encourage you to take pride in the hard work and achievements you made this year and take a moment of rest that you’ve certainly earned. Our operations will resume regular support on Tuesday, September 2nd.
