Annual Fee:
$1.75 per student, charged annually as part of your regular Educate invoice.
Phone Calls:
Phone calls will be charged at $0.075 per call, regardless of the length of the call. Calls that are not successful (busy, no answer or time out) will not be charged.
Text Messages:
Text messages will be charged at $0.06 per text, meaning each individual phone number. So if a school sends one text message to 100 phone numbers, that would be charged as 100 texts.
Texts will be invoiced monthly, unless a school chooses to pre-purchase a bundle of text messages. Text bundles can be purchased at any time, do not expire and will provide schools with a reduced per-text rate as follows:

Email functionality is included in the $1.75 per student annual Communications Center fee. Schools can send an unlimited number of emails through the Communication Center with no additional usage charges.
