Renewals: Active and Enrolled Student Counts

  1. During the first two weeks of October Educate reports a count of your enrolled and active students for your upcoming bill.
  2. Invoices are sent out with this student count as soon as possible at the per-student rate noted on your invoice.

 

What if my student count changes after you pull the student count?

  • Educate does not refund or credit per student count fees as often numbers waiver during the year with withdrawals, adds, etc.
