IMPORTANT SYSTEM UPDATES

The TADS Development team has been working hard on new features that we are excited to share. One big recent release is: 

  • Universal Student ID – To enhance your data and reporting tools, a common ID is being added to several views within TADS. It will help identify students across modules, years, schools, and products within Community Brands. 

 

Will You Take Part in AISAP's LEAP Program Research?

Community Brands is honored to support AISAP’s Leadership for Enrollment and Admission Professionals (LEAP) program. This program, focused on developing the next generation of enrollment leaders, culminates in small groups of school professionals conducting industry research to uncover trends amongst their peer professionals. As a partner fortunate to work with hundreds of incredible independent and private institutions, we at Community Brands are supporting this cohort research through offering a survey. This study will provide valuable insights and best practices for all education professionals, like yourself, and will be presented at the AISAP Annual Institute in Salt Lake City, UT in June.  

We invite you to take the short survey that will contribute to this research and help AISAP and LEAP participants understand your needs and challenges as an admission and enrollment professional. The survey is 100% anonymous and will take no more than 2 minutes of your time.

Portal Pointers

Community One Single Sign-On 

Community One is an SSO option that allows users to create and share a single login across different Community Brands products. School administrators and parents can create a common username and password for products such as TADS, Educate, and Ravenna. It also allows the user to navigate between products more easily by adding menu options under their TADS account. Tuition Agreement Reminders 

Sometimes families need a reminder to complete their tuition agreement for the school year. The system will trigger an automated email and phone call within 15 days of the initial notification, reminding the family to complete this important step. Did you know that you can also send reminders individually or in bulk? We provide instructions in our support article; Send or Resend an Agreement.  

 

Managing Your Admin Account Settings  

As a school administrator, you have access to set your own email notification preferences in your TADS account settings so you can be automatically notified of important updates taking place as well as receive support tickets, depending on which modules you have access to in TADS. More information on editing your notification preferences is available here!    

Administrators with Admin Manager access in TADS can add or remove accounts for other school admins, as well as set primary support ticket contacts for each module. If marking an admin as able to receive tickets for a module and setting them as “Primary,” that admin will get an email any time we submit a ticket request on behalf of a family. “Primary” contacts will always receive these tickets. If they are not “Primary” then they will be backups and we will send the ticket to them if the primary admins do not reply.

We recently conducted a comprehensive workshop focused on refining our product roadmaps and strategies. During this session, key stakeholders throughout the education vertical collaborated to discuss and align on future goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives. The workshop provided an opportunity for in-depth analysis of customer feedback from schools and orgs like yours, and internal capabilities to inform the development of a robust roadmap tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
